Frequently asked questions

Will my bottles fit?

Any bottle with a neck ring — that's every Volta returnable we could find in Portugal, from 0.33 to 2 litres. We bought them all and tested them: the rack holds by the ring, and the ring is the one part every brand makes the same.

How does it attach to the wall?

Double-sided 3M tape is in the box and holds the full load on its own — no drill, no landlord problem. If you'd rather use screws, two holes are already there for them.

What's it made of?

Plastic, and as little of it as we could manage — that's where the lattice comes from. We wanted to print it from recycled plastic. With our current setup we can't yet: recycled filament doesn't run reliably on our machines.

Where is it made?

In Portugal. We print and pack everything ourselves.

How is it shipped?

Pick the option you prefer at checkout and we'll send it with CTT or another carrier.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Write to us and we'll sort it out.

We want returning bottles to be easy, good-looking, and something you don't think twice about.
